THE CULINARY GENIUS
Dovid Wohlgelernter grew up in La Jolla, California along the coast and just 20 minutes from the Mexican border. He spent his childhood exploring the kitchen and learning many of the unique cuisines of his community. From a young age he has been in the kitchen testing out new foods and methods of cooking them.
He has spent time as Executive Chef and Manager for an upscale catering company in Rockland County New York, as well as traveling the world as a private chef for the most discerning clientele. He has also successfully run multiple Pesach programs in Orlando and around the country. He now brings his vast experience in the culinary world to Houston with CASA Bar & Grill.
